Consulting for a small but rapidly growing business, a CRM System was required to better manage current sales efforts that were completely manual. Zoho had been chosen but was unable to meet the needs of the organization and move to production. I assessed their current workflow, needs and objectives. I recommended FreshSales based on my experience to provide an implementation by the original planned date.
I worked with the team of Directors and the Founder to identify all areas of integration desired. I created workflows and automation rules to reduce the number of manual processing in disparate systems, documenting and training users on the unified system. At hand-off, FreshSales was integrated to created leads, contacts, and related deals from contact forms, purchases, and direct email with a clear path to expansion to other sales channels.
