Overview

The Envision online design center was a high-potential product with a renewed corporate focus and investment.  I led a newly expanded team creating processes, implementing Agile methodology, and mapping the customer journey.  With a proven positive correlation between time on site, customer satisfaction, and an increase in total spend, I prioritized customer-facing user stories in the product backlog to drive engagement.

  • The customer portal was completely redesigned and optimized for mobile use.
  • Room visualization, an existing BDX product, was integrated and tied to products in the portal to display the cost to the customer.
  • A flooring calculator, a notoriously difficult option to properly quote, was developed and integrated.

These enhancements were showcased at the inagural Envision User Conference. New home builders and manufacturers gathered for panels, workshops and keynote speeches, learning about effective digital marketing.
